====== IT services for ICS Visitors ======

Access is divided into 3 categories depending on how long the visitor stays. The visitor's account is always created by the employee (ICS employee) who invited the visitor. The ICS employee's name is also part of the visitor's name. The ICS employee is responsible for the visitor's behavior on the ICS network.
The visitor access application is located on the constitutional website -> IT services -> Access for visitors. To log in use a bare login name (no at sign) and a network password (you use the same password for prints, Filr, Netstorage, etc.)
Attention! The service is available only from the internal network of the Institute!

 ==== Access for visitors only for today ====
Connects to wifi (internet only) for temporary visits. Access is functional immediately and is only valid for 6 hours. Once access is created, the browser displays a new name and password that the ICS worker passes to his visitor.
After six hours, the visitor no longer connects. If necessary, it is possible to create a new approach for the same visitor on the same day.

 ==== Access for visitors for a maximum of 14 days ====
Creating a visit access is subject to approval by IT staff. The application must be submitted at least one working day in advance. During the application process it is possible to select the services to be used.
When submitting the application, the ICS employee will receive an email confirmation. The confirmation contains all the information necessary to log in the visitor. Subsequently, if a new approach is approved, a second email will be sent informing you that this has been done. The worker then passes the connection data from the first email to his / her visitor (prints or forwarded).

 ==== Access for visotors for more than 14 days ====
The approach for longer-term visits needs to be discussed orally directly with IT staff. It will be solved individually.
