===== Hardware - videoconferencing set =====

For video conferences where more than one participant is in the computer room, a set can [[https://www.logitech.com/en-us/product/conferencecam-group?crid=1689|Logitech Group]], be borrowed in the Director's Secretariat, which connects to a computer via a USB connector and which includes a microphone unit with a range of up to 3.5 m, a speaker and a HD camcorder. This kit is suitable for use, for example, in Director's Meeting Room No. 419. It will be available from the Director's Secretariat. IT staff ([[helpdesk@cs.cas.cz|]]) can help you with the basic setup if necessary.

If the user needs to organize a videoconference himself, the services of the organization [[https://www.cesnet.cz/services/?lang=en|CESNET]] can be used. Here you can order[[https://www.cesnet.cz/services/webconference/?lang=en|webconference]]. Booking of CESNET video conference rooms, which are [[https://vidcon.cesnet.cz/en/app/ac/mistnosti|free of charge]] (and has limit of 40 minutes) requires the initiator to log in with [[https://www.cesnet.cz/en/services/identity-6/eduid-connect-21|EduID]] (in format //ics_login_name// @cs.cas.cz)
