Hardware - videoconferencing set
For video conferences where more than one participant is in the computer room, a set can Logitech Group, be borrowed in the Director's Secretariat, which connects to a computer via a USB connector and which includes a microphone unit with a range of up to 3.5 m, a speaker and a HD camcorder. This kit is suitable for use, for example, in Director's Meeting Room No. 419. It will be available from the Director's Secretariat. IT staff (helpdesk@cs.cas.cz) can help you with the basic setup if necessary.
Zoom via CESNET
If the user needs to organize a videoconference himself, the services of the organization CESNET can be used. Here you can orderwebconference. Booking of CESNET video conference rooms, which are free of charge (and has limit of 40 minutes) requires the initiator to log in with EduID (in format ics_login_name @cs.cas.cz)
