Hardware - videoconferencing set
For video conferences where more than one participant is in the computer room, a set can Logitech Group, be borrowed in the Director's Secretariat, which connects to a computer via a USB connector and which includes a microphone unit with a range of up to 3.5 m, a speaker and a HD camcorder. This kit is suitable for use, for example, in Director's Meeting Room No. 419. It will be available from the Director's Secretariat. IT staff ( helpdesk@cs.cas.cz ) can help you with the basic setup if necessary.
Zoom via CESNET
If the user needs to organize a videoconference himself, the services of the organization CESNET can be used . Here you can orderwebconference. Booking of CESNET video conference rooms, which are free of charge for us, requires the initiator to log in with EduID
